Shipping & Delivery Policy

Yes, Nationwide Delivery !  You can safely and securely place your order on our website & we will ship anywhere in South Africa.

When placing in order :

Once we have received your order an email will be sent confirming your order details.

Orders are processed during our regular business hours, which are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Orders are then dispatched from Monday to Friday and typically take 2 to 3 working days to leave our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Times Post-Dispatch:

  • Johannesburg: 3 to 4 working days
  • Cape Town: 1 to 2 working days
  • Eastern Cape: 3 to 4 working days
  • KZN: 3 to 4 working days

Shipping Fees:

  • All orders below the Free shipping policy have a standard shipping fee of R 100.00.
  • FREE shipping on orders over R 1 750.00.

Free Delivery and Shipping Intervals:

  • Orders that qualify for free delivery (over R 1750) include one shipping interval. We dispatch these orders once all items, including pre-orders, are in stock and ready to ship.
  • Standard shipping also includes one interval for dispatching all in-stock and pre-order items together.
  • Extra Shipping Option for in stock items: For an additional R100, orders can be shipped in two intervals if your cart contains items arriving at different times.

Receiving Your Order:

It is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive orders once dispatched. PlayIA is not liable for any issues that arise from unsuccessful deliveries due to the customer’s unavailability. If you miss your delivery, please contact the courier company to arrange another delivery time.

Please Note:

  • Prices for pre-ordered items may change by the time they arrive but can be amended before dispatch. Full payment is required to secure a pre-order, and this payment is non-refundable.
  • Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change due to factors beyond our control, such as production or shipping delays.

Order Adjustments:

PlayIA reserves the right to adjust the quantities of products ordered on a case-by-case basis. You will be informed of any changes.

Tracking Your Order:

Once dispatched, you will receive a waybill providing you with the tracking details to keep an eye on the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Rates:

  • Orders over R1750 qualify for 1x free delivery.
  • Orders under R1750 require a standard delivery fee of R100.
